Joined the company in 2004 having had a keen interest in property. She was born in Longwell Green and has a vast knowledge of the area. She has gained experience in all aspects of Estate Agency and was also involved in the set up of Anne James Lettings. On Anne James retirement Heather was given the opportunity to take over the business with Gary.

Alison has been with the company since 2009, and has a vast level of experience with people management and accountancy. Alison has developed the lettings and management business to provide a first class service to landlords and tenants. Alison is responsible for managing the tenancy process of new rental properties and also the day to day management of the properties we fully manage for our landlord clients.

Helen has worked within the secretarial / admin department for a large Corporate Estate Agent since 1986 she joined Anne James in 1997 and is now responsible for all administration for the sales and lettings department. Her commitment to the company is paramount in the smooth running of both of the offices.

Joined Anne James in 1999. Having worked in all departments within the firm. Allison now plays a vital role in sales progression. Allison is on hand to liaise with purchasers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors and with her experience of the legal process is able to manage sales smoothly through to completion.
