Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
You will need to arrange an EPC ( Energy Performance Certificate ) when your property is marketed for sale. This will not delay your property from being offered for sale however an EPC needs to be commissioned as the property is placed on the market. We can arrange an EPC on your behalf or you are able to supply us with one that you have had done yourself.
